Q: Where are your Products Made? 

A: They are made in small batches with love in Southern Idaho, USA


Q: Are your products cruelty-free?

A: Absolutely!  We do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals.


Q: Do your products contain peanuts or tree nuts?

A: None of our products contain peanut or peanut oil.  Some of our products contain:

  • coconut oil
  • sweet almond oil
  • apricot kernel oil


Q: Do you use parabens in your products?

A: Never!  We use only natural, plant based ingredients in our products including natural butters and oils with minimal to no preservatives.


Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

A: All ingredients in our products are Active - which means there are no fillers and all ingredients are used for a purpose.  So long as your products are stored in a cool spot out of direct sunlight, your product will last 2 years. (Assuming it lasts that long!)


Q: How should I store my products?

A: Simply keep your products out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperature changes.  A cool, dark place is always best!


Q: What if my product melts or separates?

A: If your product melts, you should set your product with the top up in a cool, dark place until it retains it original texture.  If a blended product melts, you can expect it to have a slightly less "fluffy" texture but it will work as intended.


Q: Why does my replacement product look and smell different that the last time I ordered it?

A: We work with natural ingredients and build our products in small batches to retain freshness. The color and aroma of the products may vary slightly. 


Q: When will my order ship?

A: We do our best to ship within 1-3 business days.  Typically it is same or next business day.  Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: Should you not be delighted by your products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and a return will be discussed.
